Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@luniquepets.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back — we'll cover return shipping on defective items
  4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Just email us a photo to hello@luniquepets.com.
