How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 8–15 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24–48 hours of your order shipping.

I haven't received my order — what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@luniquepets.com and we'll resolve it immediately.

How do I choose the right size for the bed or harness?

Check the size guide on each product page — it includes weight ranges for every size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

Are your products safe for dogs?

Yes — every product in our store is made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We only sell what we'd use for Luna ourselves.

Who is Luna?

Luna is our Belgian Malinois and the inspiration behind Lunique Pets. Every product in this store was chosen with her in mind. 🌙🐾

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all unused items. Email hello@luniquepets.com with your order number to start the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us a photo to hello@luniquepets.com and we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
