Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24โ€“48 hours of your order shipping.

I haven't received my order โ€” what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@luniquepets.com and we'll resolve it immediately.

Check the size guide on each product page โ€” it includes weight ranges for every size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

Are your products safe for dogs?

Yes โ€” every product in our store is made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We only sell what we'd use for Luna ourselves.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all unused items. Email hello@luniquepets.com with your order number to start the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?
